Meet the team

Delwyn is an experienced Registered Nurse with a long career in aged care, clinical leadership, and specialist support across New Zealand and Australia. She has managed care homes, led clinical teams, and supported quality improvements in a wide range of settings. Known for her calm, compassionate approach, Delwyn is dedicated to providing safe, dignified care for residents. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, floral art, and time with her family.

Michelle is an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager with a strong background in patient assessment, regulatory compliance, and leading high-performing nursing teams. She has a proven track record at Eastgrove (formerly Masonic Rest Home and Hospital), where she is valued for her calm leadership, clear communication, and commitment to delivering safe, high-quality care. Skilled in care planning, performance evaluation, and supporting families through challenging moments, Michelle brings professionalism, compassion, and deep clinical expertise to our team.
